§ 76n. Administrative fines

The Commission shall be empowered to impose administrative fines up to a maximum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) a day, for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive days, on any person who fails to comply with the regulations or agreements of the Commission, adopted by virtue of the powers conferred to it by this law.

The procedures of the Commission, including the request to review administrative fines, shall be governed by the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”.
