§ 76m. Failure to comply

In cases that the Commission determines there is noncompliance with the obligation to pay the fees and the canceling of stamps, it may resort to any of the following actions, as deemed necessary, pursuant to the powers set forth in § 76c of this title:

(a) Refer the case to the Secretary of Justice to initiate the pertinent civil, criminal or administrative action under law.

(b) Require the corresponding government agency to initiate the procedures regarding the revoking of previously issued permits, authorizations or certifications.

(c) Refer the case to the pertinent professional association for it to take the corresponding disciplinary actions against the professional responsible for the payment of the stamps.
