§ 995e. Declaration of public nuisance—Effects

The declaration of public nuisance shall have the following effects:

(a) The municipality may order the placement of a sign identifying the property as a public nuisance.

(b) The municipality may direct the appraisal of the property, to be conducted by an appraiser licensed to practice in Puerto Rico, to determine the market value thereof.

(c) The municipality may exercise eminent domain on the real property for public use.
