§ 1095a. Office of the Urbanism Director—Creation; purposes

The Office of the Urbanism Director is hereby created attached to the Department of Transportation and Public Works, which shall perform the function along with the mayors, and with the advice of the Planning Board, of directing, coordinating and establishing the projects and activities to achieve the rehabilitation of the urban centers, establishing the limits of the centers: drafting rehabilitation plans, and determining the degree of adequacy of private projects to said plans. An Executive Director, who shall be designated by the Secretary as a confidential public official, shall be in charge of the Office of the Director.
