§ 299. One day of rest for every six (6) days—Definition of employee

For the purposes of §§ 295—299 of this title, employees shall be understood to mean any employee, laborer, clerk, workman, day laborer or person who works for an employer for a salary, wage, or any other compensation. Employee shall not be understood, however, to mean professionals, executives and administrators.
