§ 298. One day of rest for every six (6) days—Double wages for work on day of rest

Any employer who employs or permits an employee to work on the day of rest established by §§ 295—299 of this title shall be obliged to pay said employee for the hours worked during such day of rest a rate double the salary rate agreed upon for regular working hours.
