The funds that may be necessary for the administration or implementation of any of these provisions shall be consigned in the Joint Resolution of the General Expense Budget of the Department of Health of Puerto Rico and may be matched with state, municipal, federal, or private funds. The revenues on account of fines paid for violations of this Bill of Rights shall be used for the administration and implementation of this chapter.
