§ 950c. Department of Consumer Affairs; powers

The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations to enforce the provisions in §§ 950a—950d of this title. In the exercise of the powers granted pursuant to § 950a of this title, the Secretary shall issue orders to cease and desist and impose administrative fines up to a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for violations of §§ 950a—950d of this title or its regulations. For purposes of imposing administrative fines, each day’s violation shall be considered as a separate violation.
