In keeping records of the incoming and outgoing of barbiturates and dangerous drugs, as required in §§ 938, 939 and 940 of this title, there shall be used as names thereof the nomenclature of the official books or their supplements, or that of the nonofficial books, or the name of the patent of the corresponding pharmaceutical firm, if the name is not included in the above-mentioned books.
