By arrested case shall be understood all cases of pulmonary tuberculosis which:
(a) During the last six (6) months of hospitalization have shown no adverse changes in their pulmonary lesions according to clinical and radiographic studies;
(b) during the last six (6) months of hospitalization, have shown a negative sputum for the tuberculosis bacillus, such sputum being examined by the concentration method;
(c) show no clinical symptoms of activity of tuberculosis for the last six months of hospitalization.
