The administrator or any of the tenants shall enjoin in writing and serve the “warning” upon the person to whom admittance into the property is to be denied. This “warning” shall specify the time at which the offender is to leave the premises of the shopping center or the establishment and the term during which entrance therein is forbidden. The administrator, his/her representative, or the tenants, shall be responsible for filling out all the blanks and parts of this “warning”, mainly those in which the date and time of effectiveness thereof and the specific violation to law and order are specified.
