P.R. Laws tit. 25, § 916
The administrator and the tenants of a shopping center shall be empowered to issue a “nonadmittance warning” in order to forbid the entrance of a person into the shopping center and/or the establishments, as the case may be, for a period of time which may never exceed ninety (90) days from the date on which the conduct which gave rise to the warning was incurred. The criterion to be employed when issuing the “nonadmittance warning” shall be based strictly on the conduct of the person. The warning may be issued to any person who has violated the shopping center’s code of conduct, or whose conduct is detrimental to the operating order of the shopping center and/or any establishment and/or to the rights and security of users.
Said “warning” may also be issued to any persons intervened for their participation in criminal acts in the shopping center or in the establishments.
