§ 2966. Reinstatement

Any person whose license has been revoked or suspended may request its reinstatement, in writing, after the period of revocation or suspension has elapsed, with the facts that justify such request. The Board or the Subboard [are] authorized to approve such application at any time and to reinstate or issue a license to said person, with or without a revalidation examination. If the license has been revoked, as soon as it is determined that said applicant has complied with the requirement for which the license was revoked, the Board or the Subboard shall reinstate said applicant with all his/her rights.
