§ 2813. Licenses—Permanent

The Board shall issue permanent licenses to those persons who have passed the practical or theoretical examination and meet all other requirements of probity and suitability as provided by the Board.

The license shall bear the name and all other descriptive data of the person to whom said license identification is issued, as well as the issue and expiration dates, kind of license, classification and category, and a passport-type photograph. When the license is lost or has been stolen or destroyed, the person to whom the license had been issued may request a duplicate thereof as established by regulation.
