§ 2712. Persons exempted

The following natural or artificial persons are exempted from the provisions of this chapter:

(a) The apprentices and assistants duly authorized by this chapter provided they perform their work under the personal and immediate supervision of a collegiated [sic] expert electrician.

(b) Collegiated [sic] electrical engineers graduated from a college or university of engineering who hold a license issued by the Examining Board of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors, who make electrical installations, or who employ collegiated expert electricians.

(c) The employees of the Electric Power Authority while they work in the properties of the Authority.
