§ 2620. Board—Compensation

Each member of the Board, including public employees and officials, shall receive a compensation of fifty dollars ($50) for each day or part thereof that he/she attends a meeting or session, and shall be entitled to reimbursement for traveling expenses incurred to attend such meetings, in accordance with the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury that are applicable. Provided, That the payment for per diems and mileage to which each member of the Board is entitled, shall be limited to twelve (12) meetings per year. As of July 1, 1999, the members of the Board shall receive per diems equal to the minimum per diem established for members of the Legislature, up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per year, except for the Chairperson of the Board who shall receive per diems equal to one hundred and thirty-three percent (133%) of the per diems received by the remaining members of the Board.
