The bylaws adopted by the College of Draftsmen shall provide for whatever has not been provided in this chapter, including everything regarding the functions, duties and proceedings of all its entities and officers; regular and special calls, dates, quorums, form and requisites of the general assemblies and meetings of the governing board; elections of directors and officers; standing committees; budgets or investment funds and disposal of the College’s properties; terms of office, creation of vacancies and procedure to fill them.
