The officers of the College, who shall also be officers of the Board of Directors of the College, shall consist of a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer and five members. The College shall provide in its bylaws for a larger number of officers, as it deems necessary for the best operations of its Board of Directors.
