§ 2518. Use of title

Any person who has a license issued by the Examining Board is authorized to use the prefix “Nat.” before his/her name, in documents, advertisements and notices related to his/her profession, or the letters N.L., after it, which means “Licensed Naturopath”. Provided, however, That neither the title “Doctor” nor the prefix “Dr.” shall be used, except in those cases that he/she has obtained a doctor’s degree from an institution accredited by the Council on Higher Education.
