Vacancies shall be filled with appointments issued for the remainder of the term of the member who causes the vacancy. The Governor may remove any member of the Board for immoral conduct, inefficiency or negligence in the performance of his/her duties, for lack of professional ethics, conviction of a felony or conviction for a misdemeanor that implies moral turpitude, for the suspension. Revoking or canceling of the license which authorized him/her to practice his/her profession, or for any other justified cause, upon bringing charges, notice of and the holding of a hearing.
