The Board or any member thereof may issue subpoenas to compel the appearance of witnesses and the production of documents, administer oaths, take testimony, present evidence and receive authentic documents in evidence relating to the hearing or at the holding thereof. In case of disobedience of a subpoena, the Board may invoke the aid of any court of Puerto Rico to require the appearance of witnesses and the production of documentary evidence.
