§ 2418. Suspension, revocation, denial of license

The Board, following the procedure hereinafter provided, shall temporarily suspend, permanently revoke or temporarily or permanently deny the renewal, as the case may be, of the license of the electronic technician who:

(a) After having obtained the license, it is found that he obtained it by fraud or deceit.

(b) Has been declared mentally disabled by a competent court.

(c) Is publicly known to be an alcoholic or drug addict.

(d) Has been convicted of a felony or of an offense implying moral turpitude.

(e) Does not display his electronic technician license in his working place visibly to the public after having been warned in writing of this fault.

(f) Has been guilty, in the judgment of the Board, of incompetence or gross negligence or dishonest practices in the practice of electronics technique.

(g) Permits a person with a temporary license of electronics technique who works under his responsibility and supervision to act with incompetence or gross negligence or indulge in dishonest practices in the practice of electronics technique.

(h) Permits any of his employees who is not an electronics technician to act as such or perform work for which he is not capable.
