§ 2411. License—Granting and display

(a) The Board shall issue a license of to any person who meets the requirements established in § 2410 of this title. In addition, the Board is hereby empowered to certify any specailized knowledge within the electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique.

(b) The Board may issue a provisional license for a term of six (6) months that may be prorated for a term of six (6) additional months, to any applicant who had met the requirements described in subsections (b) and (c) of § 2410 of this title. Said provisional license shall only authorize its holder the practice of electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique under the direct supervision of a person duly authorized by this chapter as an electronics technician.

(c) Licenses shall be displayed to the public in the technician’s and/or trainee’s work place.
