Any person, who possesses a valid license of radio and television technician, shall have the right to receive from the Board, after application to that effect, a license of electronics technician specialized in radio and television. In addition, the Board shall process future applications for the renewal of a license of radio and television technician as a renewal of a license of electronic technician.
The provisions of this section shall enter into effect forty-eight (48) months after the effective date of this act.
