§ 2101. Penalties

Any person who practices dental technique and who is not legally authorized to do so or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of misdemeanor and if convicted shall be punished with a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than three hundred dollars ($300), or imprisonment in jail for a term not less than one (1) month or more than six (6) months, or both penalties in the discretion of the court.
