Within six (6) months after the effectiveness of this act, any person who has engaged in the practice of dental technique in Puerto Rico and fulfills the other requirements provided by § 2094 of this title may apply for and obtain a dental technician license without need of presenting a school diploma or certificate. To that effect he shall submit to the Board of Examiners a certificate issued by the College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico or affidavits by two (2) authorized professional dentists in the practice of their profession and who are active members of the College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico showing that he has practiced dental technique for two (2) continuous years competently.
