The Board shall charge the following fees payable through a bank or postal money order or certified check, to the account of the Secretary of the Treasury:
Examination $ 25.00 License $ 75.00 Reexamination $ 25.00 Duplicate for misplaced or lost license $ 15.00 Recertification and registration $ 75.00 License by reciprocity $ 100.00
The fees charged by the Board shall not be refunded under any circumstance. The amounts so collected shall be covered into the Health Fund, to be used by the Health Professionals Regulation and Certification Office of the Department of Health, as provided in § 3009 of Title 24.
