Any person to whom the Board has not granted a license to practice in Puerto Rico and who pretends, advertises or in any other way tries [to] be known as an occupational therapist or as an assistant in occupational therapy, or who uses words, letters, phrases, abbreviations or insignias indicating or implying that he/she is an occupational therapist or an assistant in occupational therapy, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with § 1043 of this title.
