The Board of Embalmers of Puerto Rico shall offer examinations once every year to aspirants for licenses. The examination shall include, without excluding others, the following subjects: anatomy, transmissibility of diseases, toxicology, bacteriology, principles of legal medicine, preservation of bodies, disinfection and cosmetic restoration art.
The Board is hereby authorized to issue an embalmer’s license to every person who requests such license before the first of December of 1968, accredits to the Board that he has practiced during ten (10) years the profession of embalmer and, further, passes a practical examination that the Board shall offer to such effect.
