No person shall engage in the practice of embalming without an embalmer’s license, validated or issued by the Board in accordance with the terms of this chapter and every person who practices as embalmer in violation of this chapter shall incur in a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) or more than three hundred dollars ($300) for each case.
