§ 863. Penalties

Any person who, during the course of an investigation, is found by the Board to have incurred actions or practices that may constitute a violation of this chapter, shall be submitted to disciplinary measures, pursuant to the provisions of the discipline regulations that the Board must have approved within ninety (90) days as of the date of effectiveness of this act. The Board shall oversee compliance with due process of law during this process.

This Board shall have the authority to establish in its discipline regulations, as one of its sanctions, the imposition of fines for up to a maximum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
