The Board may suspend, revoke or deny a license to any person who has been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, after notice and holding an administrative hearing to such effect. A license can also be suspended, revoked or denied to any person who has been found guilty by the Board or any other entity, of obtaining a license fraudulently or of having practiced the profession negligently. The Board shall oversee compliance with due process of law regarding any person subject to these proceedings.
