§ 758. Dues; suspension

The members of the Association shall pay annual dues on the date and by installments fixed by regulations. The first dues shall be fixed by provision of the General Constitutional Assembly and in subsequent years said dues shall be determined by majority vote in the Regular Assembly of the Association.

Any member who fails to pay his dues, but in all other respects qualified as a member of the Association, shall be suspended as such, but he may be reinstated upon payment of the dues owed; Provided, That members who are thus suspended may not practice the profession or enjoy the rights and benefits to which the members of the Association are entitled to, during the period of suspension.
