Failure to pay the annual membership fee by any College member on the deadline for such payment as fixed in the bylaws shall entail suspension as a College member and suspension of the license to practice professional planning, which shall be decreed by the Examining Board at the request of the College. The procedure for these suspensions shall be established by Regulation by the Examining Board and its final decision may be judicially reviewed by request of the person thus adversely affected, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, §§ 3501—3515 of this title, and §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”. For the duration of the suspension, the person thus suspended may not practice the planning profession, but the Examining Board shall restitute fully and immediately upon his/her payment of all amounts owed. Temporary suspensions or permanent revocations that are final and binding, decreed against a professional planner by the Examining Board and on the grounds set forth in the Code of Ethics shall also entail an automatic suspension of said person as a College member for the entire term of the suspension or revocation decreed by the Examining Board. To such effect, the Examining Board shall give the College official written notice of such suspensions or revocations within a term not greater than fifteen (15) working days.
