Any person who wishes to become a member of the College shall hold a license issued by the Examining Board, pursuant to that which is established in §§ 3501—3515 of this title. Said license shall be in effect and the professional planner must have met the renewal requirements that may apply. Any person who wishes to practice professionally as a professional planner must be a member of the Professional Planner College.
