The College shall have the power to establish, after having consulted with the Examining Board and ratification at the General Assembly, a Code of Ethics that shall govern the conduct of all professional planners in Puerto Rico.
This section shall be interpreted in consonance with § 3504(j) of this title, in order for the Code established herein to be the framework of reference for the Committee on Ethics that appoints the Examining Board that shall address these matters.
