The Puerto Rico Professional Planner College shall assume the representation of all professional planners authorized by the Examining Board to practice the planning profession in Puerto Rico, and the College shall have the authority to speak on their behalf and as their representative, pursuant to the terms of this chapter and the bylaws to be approved.
