§ 3406. Board of Examiners—Meetings

The Board shall hold at least two (2) annual meetings to consider and resolve its business but it may meet as many times as necessary for the prompt handling of its functions and duties. At their first meeting, the members shall elect a Chairman from among themselves, who shall hold office for the term and under the conditions fixed by the Board’s Regulations.
