§ 3405. Board of Examiners—Removal

The Governor may remove any member of the Board for immoral conduct, violations of this chapter, manifest inefficiency or negligence in the performance of his duties, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor that implies moral depravation or for any other justified cause, after due notice and hearing.
