(a) Every candidate to the practice of the profession of psychologist in Puerto Rico must complete an application form provided by the Board for such purposes. Said application form must be accompanied by the fees provided hereinafter through an official receipt issued by an Internal Revenue Collection office, in order to obtain a license by means of an examination.
(b) The candidate to a license must also include a good conduct certificate issued by the Police Corps of Puerto Rico and satisfactory evidence of bona fide residence in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
(c) Every candidate must give evidence of having [successfully completed] the corresponding academic degree indicated in § 3213 of this title.
(d) Every candidate must have approved the psychologists’ revalidation examinations administered by the Board, with the exception of those candidates who come under the provisions of §§ 3214 and 3216 of this title.
