§ 76. Condemnation of property—Declaration of public utility

For the ends and purposes of § 75 of this title, all works and projects carried out by the Puerto Rico Land Authority pursuant to the provisions of §§ 71—73, 75, 76 and 78 of this title, and all personal and real property, and all property rights or interest therein, necessary for the purposes herein set forth, which are to be acquired by condemnation proceedings, are hereby declared of public utility, and said personal or real property and any right or interest therein may be condemned without the previous declaration of public utility provided for in § 2902 of Title 32, as heretofore or hereafter amended.
