It is hereby provided that under no circumstances shall the lessee use the lot for other purposes than exclusively for parking. If the Commonwealth needs the property, the lessee shall vacate and surrender the same, upon prior notice to such effect. Any improvement made to the property by the lessee shall revert in benefit of the lessor.
