Piedras del Collado, better known as “Tetas de Salinas,” [is] hereby designated as a natural reserve area, located in the [municipality] of Salinas, Puerto Rico. The area to be designated as [a] natural reserve shall include the two rocky mounds and a forest extension to reach an approximate area of twenty (29) cuerdas. The designation of the area mentioned as [a] natural reserve shall have the same effect as if said designation had been made under the provisions of §§ 1225 et seq. of this title, better known as the “Puerto Rico Natural Patrimony Program Act”, and shall bear the same legal consequences, as well as the same statutory and regulatory restrictions and limitations for said zone as those applicable to natural reserves created or established under said statute.
