The Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Land Administration and the Secretary of the Department of Sports and Recreation are hereby directed to establish a perpetual conservation easement for land parcel PA-1, PA-2, PA-3, PA-4, R-1, R-3, R-4, I-1, I-2 and I-3 located in Barrio Juan Sánchez in Bayamón, known as the Monte Santa Ana, identified in the Property Registry as plot No. 2,314 registered in Folio 30 of Volume 42 of Bayamón.
