(a) The administrative procedures needed to implement this chapter shall be governed by the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3.
(b) Municipalities or municipal syndicates whose plan has not been approved by the Authority may appeal the decision within twenty (20) days after receiving said notice.
