§ 779. Mooring of ferryboats, passing vessels and floating objects

Riparian estates are subject to a servitude for fastening or securing the warps or cables necessary for the establishment of a ferryboat service, after indemnity for loss and damage, and also to permit temporary mooring, in extreme cases, of passing vessels or floating objects; also upon payment of indemnity.
