§ 73a. Falconry license

The practice of Falconry in Puerto Rico is legal and valid, and any person may practice the same, subject to the following:

(a) No person may practice falconry or own a bird of prey for such purposes without a license approved by the Secretary.

(b) Falconry licenses shall not be issued to any person under 14 years of age.

(c) The Secretary shall establish, through regulations, the requirements to obtain falconry licenses pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
