§ 696. Transfer of vacation and sick leave between exempt and competitive or noncompetitive services

The transfer of vacation and sick leave accruing to any officer or employee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico when passing from one position to another within the exempt, competitive, or noncompetitive service of the Government of Puerto Rico, is hereby authorized.
