§ 695b. Committee for Promotion of Patents and Registration of Discoveries—Operational regulation; annual report

The Committee as a whole shall prepare and submit an operational regulation and a charter, which shall be registered in the Department of State. It shall annually submit to the Legislature and the Governor of Puerto Rico a report on its activities.
