The Secretary may print, publish and use electronic and computerized equipment, media and applications to diffuse informational material related to the functions of the Department when in his judgment it is necessary to disclose for the knowledge of the general public or to foster public interest. Publications may be sold for the cost of reproduction and preparation, and the proceeds of these sales shall be covered into the Special Fund created by §§ 291—295u of this title.
